Northgate Commercial Real Estate is an advisory brokerage firm based in Stockton, California. Founded by members Xavier Santana, Chris Santana, and Nicole Key in 2009, the mission of Northgate has remained simple – client-centered focus in every transaction.
Through investment sales, leasing opportunities, and asset management, Northgate has provided personal attention and expertise to many local & national companies, investors, developers, land owners, and franchisees across California and Western United States.
President Xavier Santana began his career in commercial real estate nearly 20 years ago as an agent with CBRE & Palmer Capital and recognized as one of the top investment brokers in the Western United States. During a difficult time in the U.S. economy and becoming stuck in a rigid corporate structure, Xavier took the opportunity to begin Northgate at the height of the recession.
Bringing along his wife Chris Santana, a long-time teacher, and Nicole Key, a recent business school graduate, Xavier and his two partners began a company that would focus on client needs and develop long-term relationships to build sustainable business for years to come.
To date, Northgate has grown into a flourishing company that employs over 10 real estate agents, property managers, an in-house creative team, and accounting & administrative professionals – continuing to keep a client-centered focus throughout every transaction, pursuit, conversation, and endeavor.
