Our Story
Northgate Commercial Real Estate was formed during the recession of 2009 by two resilient leaders Xavier and Chris Santana. Xavier and Chris built the company in a time, that much like now, economic circumstances caused a great deal of uncertainty. Through grit, passion, and determination to be industry leaders, Northgate Commercial was born and has since flourished into the company it is today. It is the same passion that drives Northgate to grow that compelled Chris and Xavier to open their own NAI Global franchise – NAI Pence Capital. Now, Northgate and NAI Pence Capital are pushing forward in these uncertain times as they help business owners navigate through economic cycles.
What We Do
Northgate Commercial is a full-service concierge brokerage and advisory real estate company. Our services include commercial investments, leasing, tenant representation, asset management, and agriculture advisory throughout the United States. NAI Pence Capital leads the leasing, tenant rep, investment sales and asset management efforts throughout Northern California. Although they have similar areas of focus, NAI Pence Capital is part of an international platform that leverages the level and quality of services.
