Xavier Santana’s career boasts over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. After beginning his career with CBRE, Xavier began Northgate with a simple focus: client centered focus in every transaction. As CEO & Corporate Managing Director, Xavier has been successful in building relationships with investors, business owners, and corporations, ensuring the short-term and long-term success of his clients. Xavier has led the Northgate Investments Team into new areas of business and continues to grow the Northgate footprint throughout the Central Valley and across the Western United States. Xavier is a Lodi native and lives in Stockton with wife Chris, daughters Alexes and Ashley, and granddaughter, Lily.
